Jack's Pizza
About This Spot
Stepping into Jack’s Pizza on Rue du Vestiaire feels like discovering a cherished neighborhood spot where the hum of everyday life blends with the warm aroma of freshly baked dough and savory spices. It’s a humble space—you won’t find flashy decor or sprawling dining rooms here—but the modest seating area invites you to pause and enjoy your meal at a relaxed, unhurried pace. The atmosphere is quietly vibrant, shaped by a steady stream of locals who appreciate good food that doesn’t fuss over itself.
Jack’s Pizza comfortably balances the familiarity of classic comfort food with a subtle twist of regional character. The kitchen hums behind the counter, sending out generous slices that invite sharing and casual conversation. There’s a genuine sense of craft in how flavors come together—the kind of care that transforms a quick lunch into a small delight. Whether it’s the intriguing spiced notes that elevate their donair pizza or the hearty, meaty slices that fuel busy workdays, each bite feels both satisfying and thoughtfully made.
The team here knows their regulars, exchanging friendly hellos and swift service in a setting that feels welcoming rather than rushed. For those stopping by, it’s clear Jack’s is a spot where you’re more than just a customer—you’re a part of the local rhythm, whether grabbing a meal to eat in or taking something home to enjoy later. The balance of simplicity with genuine warmth makes this small pizza place a quietly lively hub in Shediac’s culinary scene, where authenticity resides in shared flavors and moments rather than in grand gestures.

The pizza was amazing and the pricing was just as good, service was excellent and although a small store front it has some seating for clients to eat in. My order was for take out but I wouldn't hesitate to eat in

This is our first time to eat donair (not pictured), so we really don’t have anything to compare it to. But it was really good, I very much liked the donair pizza though. Such an interesting taste! And the sizes of the donairs and pizza were huge! I would recommend this place if you want more bang for your buck. And the place was clean and staff were very friendly. They are 5 minutes away from the world’s largest lobster statue.

Wow! What a hidden gem, this place does a serious business selling by the slice to local workers during weekday lunch and I soon found out why; huge slices at super reasonable prices. Also super generous and delicious donairs and subs, like the ham sub was thicker pieces not just stale sliced meat. I would definitely recommend for excellent quality and quantity. The place is clean and super friendly staff. Picnic tables out front on a grass island of the parking lot.

My friend has picked a Donaire up for dinner twice so far when I visited New Brunswick from Barbados. This year he also picked up a pizza. Absolutely love it. The Donaire sauce is amazing. Pizza was great. But the Donaire was the star of the show. Will be getting one for the road trip back
